Personalised Items
As all of our products are custom printed and personalised with your logo or design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they are faulty or damaged. We take great care in creating each piece to your specifications, but if there is a problem with the item you have received, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
How to Return an Item
If you need to return an item, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. If the item has been used, damaged, or shows signs of wear, we will be unable to process a return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment, or we will replace the item if required. Please note, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
